Customers provide artwork for every order. Clear, high-resolution files produce the best engraving results. If you have an idea but need artwork created or prepared, design assistance may be available for an additional charge quoted before work begins.

Official standard prices are listed on the pricing page. Your total is confirmed after we review the artwork, quantity, material, and engraving details. Design work, special materials, and any delivery fee are disclosed before production begins.

Smaller orders are usually completed in 2–4 days. Larger orders vary based on quantity, artwork readiness, and current workload. We will provide an estimated completion date when your order details are confirmed.

A prototype or proof will be shown for approval before full production. Payment is due after you approve the prototype and before full production begins.

Please review names, dates, spelling, layout, and all other details carefully before engraving begins. Changes requested after approval may require an additional charge.

Orders are available for local pickup or delivery. We do not ship orders. Delivery beyond 10 miles from the pickup location includes a fee that will be confirmed before production.

Changes or cancellations must be requested before full production begins. Once full production starts, the sale is final and the order cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

Every finished item is inspected before pickup or delivery. If we find a defect, the item will be corrected or remade before it is released to you.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use it and authorize 8-Bit Engraving to reproduce it only for completing your order.
